Making a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the response, please contact us at ativo@email.com with the details explaining your concerns. We will review your complaint and investigate if the right procedures have been followed and respond back to you as appropriate. We aim to complete this investigation within 15 working days of receiving your complaint, however, in some cases it may take longer. If you are still unsatisfied with the response, you may contact us.
Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge that we are meeting on the traditional Country of the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We recognise and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs and relationship with the land. We acknowledge that they are of continuing importance to the Kaurna people living today.
And we also extend that respect to other Aboriginal Language Groups and other First Nations.
