The Meditation on Twin Hearts developed by Master Choa Kok Sui is a technique to achieve peace and illumination or “universal consciousness”. It is a non-sectarian meditation practiced in over 80 countries worldwide by people of different cultures and backgrounds. It is a powerful meditation on loving-kindness that helps bring inner peace while contributing positive energy toward global harmony and world peace.
During the meditation, practitioners become channels for divine energy to bless the Earth with peace, love, goodwill and the will to do good. The benefits of this meditation are cumulative, creating a positive ripple effect in the practitioner and the surrounding environment.
The meditation can be practiced seated comfortably on a chair and is a short, 20 minute guided meditation that anyone can easily follow, even beginners. For health and safety reasons, individuals with heart or kidney ailments, high blood pressure, glaucoma, and pregnant women and those below 16 years of age are advised not to participate.

Why Practice Meditation in a Group?
Meditating in a group creates a beautiful and powerful collective experience. When people come together with a shared intention for peace and goodwill, the combined energy becomes stronger and more uplifting. This collective field of positive energy often helps participants enter a deeper state of meditation with greater ease.
Group meditation also creates a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel connected and inspired. As many hearts and minds unite in blessing the Earth with love, peace, and kindness, the positive energy generated is amplified and radiates outward, benefiting not only the participants but also the surrounding community and the world.
Together, we create a ripple of peace, compassion, and goodwill that reaches far beyond ourselves.
In the Pranic Healing school , the Full Moon is considered a very special and powerful time for meditation and spiritual practice. During the Full Moon, spiritual energy is more abundant and easily accessible, allowing practitioners to receive and transmit greater amounts of divine energy.
Practicing Meditation on Twin Hearts during the Full Moon can greatly magnify the blessings, healing energy, and spiritual experiences of the meditation.
